The process

Submit application

You must complete and submit the entire Pre-Enrollment Form, including your desired tour date and meet-and-greet with your child. You will receive an email confirming your visit or allowing you to reschedule for different dates/times.

Take a tour

Once the date and time are confirmed (confirmation will depend on the presence and activities of our little ones), you will be able to visit our care center and learn about our facilities, as well as clarify any questions with our staff.

Meet and greet

It's important for us to have a first personal encounter with your child, to be able to interact with them, and to understand their needs and requirements based on their performance in our spaces during the visit (you can schedule it alongside the tour if you wish).

Secure a spot

Once you've completed the previous steps, all you need to do is provide the Required Enrollment Documents and payment to secure your child's spot, as well as choose a start date for our program.

Required Enrollment Documents

In order to complete and secure your child’s enrollment at Grace Family Center, we require the following documentation:

  • Child Enrollment Form
  • Health History and Emergency Care Plan
  • Infant Intake Form
  • Health Report (Physician Signed Physical)
  • Updated Vaccination Record
  • School Age Agreement (if applicable)
  • Emergency Contac List
  • Special Dietary Needs Form
